Sep 07, 2023AMADA AMERICA to sponsor Jack Harvey’s entry for Children’s of Alabama Indy Grand Prix
Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL) has announced that AMADA AMERICA INC., Buena Park, Calif., will be the primary sponsor of Jack Harvey's No. 30 Honda-powered entry at the Children's of Alabama Indy Grand Prix at Barber Motorsports Park April 28-30.
"Our new partnership with the world-class Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing team embodies a shared commitment to engineering and innovation," said Stephen Keating, vice president of sales and key accounts at AMADA.
"Not only will [AMADA] be the primary sponsor of the No. 30 entry for Jack Harvey at Barber but will also be providing us with equipment that will help us in the production of components for both the INDYCAR and IMSA programs," added Bobby Rahal, co-owner of Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing with David Letterman and Mike Lanigan.
Harvey is in his fourth full season in INDYCAR in 2023. His best start to date is second place in the 2021 Firestone Grand Prix of St. Petersburg and 2020 GMR Grand Prix, and his best finish is third in the 2019 Indianapolis Grand Prix.
"Having AMADA as the primary sponsor at Barber Motorsports Park is just cool," said Harvey. "There are a lot of natural synergies with AMADA and what my parents do in the U.K. with their business. My parents met some executives in Long Beach and hit it off. I’m looking forward to this relationship starting off strong this weekend and continuing to grow."
The Children's of Alabama Indy Grand Prix will be broadcast live on NBC on April 30 at 3 p.m. ET.
